From the articles, it means Facebook is allowing people like us have more information about people whom we want to target our products and services. But how do we gain access to this information? Facebook ended it's Graph search which made it much easier to filter out huge chunk of people. The Facebook ads tool itself doesn't really breakdown exactly the people who we will be targeting. Where is all this information held at and can we we access it for free?
