Witch one of those 4 systems really work for you ?

Hi good morning to all,

Just want to know please witch system really work for you from the simple to the strong one.

1- using blogger (only meta title no description)
2- making pages in a hostig free or not but never changes pages
3- using redirection never change and ping
4- making pages with meta title, description, keywrds, good content. Put in a hosting free or not update every 15 minuts and ping each time. ??

Witch system do you use or prefer (do not tell me the 4 imagine manually update more than 100 pages every 15 minuts manually or just 10 is better)
