Paid for the service but nothing has been sent to my Email and also i am having trouble logging in. The Password reset option isn't working. I have received no response from the help chat.

All our services are self-managed so we normally provide support if there is any issue with accessing server or network issue. But still we try our best to provide support for any other issues.
 
WARNING: Do not buy this service until you read this review....

So I have been using this hosting service for a while and everything has been ok..... nothing spectacular, but no big problems right? I mean the servers work ok but sometimes they are offline (even the support ticket system has been off from time to time), nevertheless we are all here trying to get the best deals here and we are trying to make a living on line.... so I understand that some times you have some server issues, and it has happened a few times.... but it was ok .....

This month I get the regular invoice for the service I got from them, I paid it.... suddenly I see that it was charged twice in my paypal acount... again this is not a big deal ... we all have problems some times with the configurations in paypal or with the billing, the papers, whatever.... so I wrote them in their support system and I ask them to refund me the money please because I was charged twice for it.... I was honestly expecting a "Yeah, sure not a problem"...... but to my surprise I got an answer saying that they were going to charge me 10% to refund me my money for "administrative fees"...... ok, ok we all have bad days right??, we all make mistakes so I write them back telling them to avoid being so cheap and tell them to apply that amount to my next invoice that there was no need to start penny pinching specially when we have a good business relationship and that we want to keep working for a long time right? that is what we want all no?...... well they wrote back saying that my request was NOT possible because paypal charge them that fee so they were going to charge me the 3 usd "admin fee"..... WHAT??? ARE WE FIGHTING FOR 3 USD becuase you do not want to make me a credit so I can keep using your services for months and years to come??

Sorry guys but this is not about the money to me ($3 usd) it is simply a matter of principle, you have a client that is searching to pay you in advance one month in order to keep going your already good relationship so why do you keep insisting in charging such a small fee when all the people around will be losing?....... now everything seems different to me in their service.... what do I mean by that? instead of them having some "regular issues with their servers" it seems to me that they are sloppy and that is why their servers are down some times, now all the "little annoyances" I had with them seem like real problems caused by the lack of the long term vision.........

Sorry guys I was just really, really disappointing because I have not gotten even an answer from the support, nor the refund (EVEN I told them to charge me the $3 admin fee) nor the credit for the next month nor anything.......


Charging twice and then not assuming a mistake is a no-go for me. No matter the amount, mistake is on them.

I do not agree with your statement, it is not our mistake to make a paypal subscription for a same product twice. I think it is not wise to comment on something which you do not have knowledge on.
 
Can i install hyper v on these VPS? If not, do you provide that custom package?

Hyper-V can not be run under a Hyper-V virtualized VPS. Yes we do offer custom package please DM me the specs you require.

Probably quality will not be acquired as you expected. Please DM me which location are you after for the VPS.
