unfortunately they don't have a spec like what i want and they didnt do custom specification too

I have been using OVH for years to run services such as Domain Hunter Gatherer, DomDetailer, Servya and more. They are a professional outfit, not always the absolute cheapest but always competitive and solid as a rock.

None of my services / websites are particularly controversial and adhere to the ToS of services I interact with so I don't get complaints from companies or individuals so I don't know if they would be any good if you are in a controversial niche but if you are running whitehat sites I can't speak more highly of OVH.

I jumped from host to host before landing on OVH and I haven't bothered looking for an alternative for a least a few years, they have been that good. Their ddos protection has come in clutch a number of times.

For me, GTHost.com vps works great.

it would be much better to buy a Windows dedicated server instead of buying VPS with such a configuration. Even a dedicated server with slightly less configuration will give you higher performance as you will not be sharing resources with other users on the node.
