I was browsing that site and a popup came saying if I like twitter and follow on facebook G+ the site then I can have 50% discount then I got the code but when I applied it, its expired. Why do you have it placed that popup then? Please be nice and give me the discount.

I have contacted the seller for many times but still no response. I ordered a ssd cached VPS on 2nd,January but till now I got no Set up information. The seller's paypal is "NOt verified-Not USA user" but I have open a dispute on paypal. I am still waiting for updated information.

The vps are working for me. I have been using this VPS provider for 2 years with 0 issues. You just gotta open a support ticket and wait. They usually answer within 24 hours. They only work on weekdays so if u submit on weekend give them sometime.

I have problems almost weekly with this service, and their customer support is very lackluster. It can take days for them to respond to a ticket, even on the weekdays when they say that they are available. Most of the time, all you get is this generic, untruthful response: "Dear customer,
Our day staff working from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (GMT).
Night staff working first on emergency and upgrade then support ticket.
All our servers are monitored by our 24x7 NOC staff."
I've had a ticket that has been unreplied to for about 12 hours so far today and your day staff has just gotten off work. My VPS has been down since Friday and it looks like it will be down for the rest of today as well, so I'm just going to switch to another service provider.
Anyone got reply from support in the last days?
