Windows virtual server hosting

Any recommendations for Windows hosting of a virtual server? Cost is nice, but I'll pay more for robustness / reliability. Ability to get multiple IPs is a plus. I'm about to start testing my e*Bay sniping service and it is a Windows-based service. Thanks!
