Saw $3.49 offer in title > went to website where it offered the selected windows vps $6.97 > proceeded to checkout to find out its actually $9.95
Linux OVZ 1 is $3.49 a month.
The only reason why it wouldn't be instantly activated is if you order with a hostname with less than 3 characters. It's an problem/bug with the WHMCS system.
There is no issue with instant deployment whatsoever if you have more than 3 characters in your hostname.

I am trying to connect to my VPS but I am unable to, it says:
1) Remote access to this server is not enabled.
2) The remote computer is turned off.
3) The remote computer is not available on the network.
But the problem is, that when I login in to my AlphaRacks dashboard, it says "Active".
What can be the issue?

AlphaRacks has the WORST costumer service I have ever seen. Takes days to get a reply and most the time it’s from a different person (wtf?) and they don’t even know what the fuck they’re talking about. Not only that but their VPS is most likely the slowest thing I have ever seen and doesn’t work half the time.
On top of that, they charged me a $25 fee because I had automatic payment setup (renewal) and they expect the payment to be made 7 days in advance otherwise they charge you a fee (?). When I asked what the hell was going on, they told me that it was their policy and that I can fuck off. When I told them them I would leave a bad review they threatened to close down all my VPS with no refunds.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

I doubt there's anything you can do right now. It's been over 8 months since that happened and the whole account have been closed/suspended or whatever for a while now. I bought when AlphaRacks had their own BST and they closed it, so I couldn't leave a review. I just realized they had opened a new BST and leaving a review (one that I wanted to leave for a while now) is something I felt I needed to do.
