Hello,

I am looking for a agecny or individual for 60 downloads per app ( I have three apps ) Maybe I will need in the near future downloads for more apps. There must be comming from machines with the latest windows 8.1 installed. Its for a student competition to win a tablet.

Yeah its kinda out of my budget. The tablet I would like to win has only a value of 250e. Do you have any other suggestions or can anybody else of something else?

Why do you need reviews from windows 8.1? how about windows 8?
Is the windows store different for those 2 versions?
How about tablets running win8? It won't work?
Is there anything you know that nobody knows?
Win 8.1 will take you higher in ranks?

The competition is for windows 8.1 either tablet or desktop, they are nevertheless the same OS now. No they are the same store, just under the dev account you have two sections, one for windows 8 and windows 8.1 i need to get them under windows 8.1 where my apps are also published.
