windows 2003 server please help

hi guys

well i have been pentesting a windows 2003 server so i did the usual i used nessus and found a vulnerability so i looked for it in metasploit i found it the outcome was a cmd prompt

the problem is now i have the cmd prompt i added a user
i uploaded vnc
but the prob is when i log in the user i made the internet connection goes down

so i figured out there is two ways to get a visual session


1 get the admin password but i dont know how to do that

2 get the remote desktop thing enabled from the cmd prompt and then i could log in simoltainuasly


by the way i can log in via telnet as i have enabled it from the command prompt
any help would e appreciated
