Will YouTube also get saturated like blogging soon ?

from where this thoughts ... youtube and blogging still on top just depends how work with it means relusts will be less or high.

Bro Youtube has been saturated for at least 5-6 years. Still worth it on the risk: reward factor. But saturated nonetheless. For example, in 2016-2017, I could post a dog-shit whiteboard video with no thumbnail and get 10k-200k views simply because of the title and algorithm. It was like (what I imagine) blogging was like when Google had little competition in the SERPs. To get those results now, you must have the most optimized title, thumbnail, edits every 1-3 seconds, etc.

I agree with those who commented above me that YouTube is extremely saturated for the better half of the last decade. That being said, with trends that switch so fast, if you are able to be among the firsts to identify the next one, you might hit it big.

To draw conclusions about "saturation" we need to find and analyze the statistics of bloggers and visitors. The growth of visitors to YouTube is also there, and every year it increases in sync with the growth of bloggers. In theory, everything should be in harmony. If it has become harder to get traffic to your videos, it may be an indication that YouTube's anti-spam algorithms have simply become smarter, rather than a consequence of YouTube being oversaturated.

Youtube will never get saturated and it's the best traffic source.

Nope if you've got good quality content you shouldn't be afraid.

Do you think YouTube will also get saturated or dead like blogging very soon ? Or is there lot of scope left?
Define "saturated".

There's already tons of content about most general topics on YouTube. Just like on their are millions of blogs on surface level content about most things.

There will always be a gap you can fill tho. Just need to find it.

yes, youtube has tons of videos about how to do something about the same video game, but what makes the difference is how you make it look good for others, what makes your youtube video or blog special, the writing, pictures, your video has a lot of music, photos, entonation, usefull information, could be 50 blogs talking of the same but if one of those looks good and only have the important information and not 1k words of gibberish there you go, maybe someone else might find really nice the blog with 1k workds explaining something so it really depends on the person that is searching, remember that you create your blog to attract people the same with videos you need to make them as they want it to be no how you like it to be, so basically yes there is a lot of repetitive content but that doesn't matter at the end just make it hard for other people to locate your content.

What do you refer to edits every 3 seconds ?

I've heard this since 2008, yet there are still lots of new channels starting out and growing to great heights. Just as the number of channels is growing every day, the number of viewers looking for great content is growing every day, too. But with over 1.5 billion active users youtube already has reached unique heights.it's a great place to share your content and reach a large number of audience.
So it's not impossible, it's harder.

Everything is saturated, niches, and platforms. Who's different will stand out. Radically different.

You know, at 2016 when i wanted to start my channel. everyone told me that its was impossible and saturated.
What a dumbass i was.. if i would start 7 years ago i could be successful and make big money today. don't listen to people too much about saturation.
its false, its depends on niche, you're target traffic and country etc.. its depends on a lot of things. just do something better than others with you're twist. think about it. what value can you provide
and don't copy others. be original. do original things. that's it. i can easily generate original videos right now and think about some shit or project to launch on youtube and entertain people.
try to watch you're competitors around and see how you can make better video and provide better quality of content..

Edits, like video edits. Visual 'cuts'. Sorry not sure what other terms there are, I am not big into editing. Just do what I must. In most cases now SOMETHING happens on screen every couple of seconds. You will be hard pressed to find footage last more than 10 seconds on really good channels. and even if it does, there are likely edits popping up or something. Most trending videos outside of blogs are highly edited to have lots of cuts and engaging edits to keep attention. For me personally, my long format videos use different cuts every like 3-10 seconds. And I hate anything over 10. Sometimes its required, and will be compensated with some sort of pop-up edit or text.

Current landscape suggests that YouTube will continue to be a prominent platform for video content.
