Will using these tools get me banned from networks or adsense?

Hey, I'm very new to seo. I have been putting all my eggs in mailing before but I'm interested in making a switch.

I saw a bunch of tools like Xrumer but most notably SEnuke. They both look great but i was wondering to what extent can I use them. If i made money with adsense by using those tools would I get banned from adsense? Or what about cpa networks, would they find out and ban me? Or could i spread it out between some networks?

Any comments regarding this would help, thanks.

thanks for the info, I kind of understand even though it is a little confusing. And I don't mean only using those tools, i just dont know what other tools do or which ones are good etc. If you could recommend some other tools that would be great too.
