Everytime there has been a bull run, lot of money is moving into a crypto. Will this result in lot of scam projects coming in market ? How can we spot such scam projects early and stay away from them ?

Of course, but they'll always be here regardless of market conditions. Check rug pull/honeypot detector to see if there are flaws in the contract. Make some research on the devs, do they have public profiles or not (most of the time when they want to stay anonymous, then it's a scam). Check for a roadmap and whitepaper (take your time to do it). And trust your guts, if things seem too good to be true, in the crypto market they are.

Yes, why wouldn't it
As sad as it sounds and as depressing the reality is, this is the time when most people are desperate, vulnerable and stupid (if not all) with their money :)

of course, just look at solana memecoins rn, 95% of projects rugging in the first 30 minutes

Solana is soaring currently. 99% of all the projects ( NFT's will not survive their 1 year mark )

which is basically a scam, since they will not be able to fulfill their promises found in their roadmaps./whitemap

Vegas has the odds at 0-100 so I presume that is a certainty.

Crypto has so many of those projects it has it's own country.

Every minute new spam coins are launched and within one hour they are gone by scamming.

yea every time there is a bull run a few random meme coins boom and then a bunch of people buy the hype to get rich quick then lose it all on a meme coin.
