Will renewing Jr. VIP membership reinstate sales thread?

My marketplace thread was closed due to my Jr. VIP membership expiring. I'm wanting to upgrade my account back to Jr. VIP but first want to make sure my service will be reinstated. I know there's an additional $30 fee that I may need to pay.

Mine went out today as well. I was gonna hang out yellow for a while, but I guess there was just some lag between payment and renewal. So I didn’t get to have a fun “sell me in being JR vip” thread.

My sales thread remains locked for now. I guess I’m waiting for admin to show up to Monday work, as my thread was opened in November!

I'm pretty certain mine was automatic in this situation. Maybe things have changed since then or I was lucky and a mod happened to catch it on the back end right away.

Basically, as long as your BST was renewed or approved in the last 12 months, it'll reopen automatically within 24 hours of your membership renewal. It often happens immediately but sometimes it needs one of the scheduled updates to run and refresh all the permissions.

There is a 7 day grace period for renewal - you may have missed this, but if you send me a PM, I can have a look at it and let you know if there's anything we can do.
