I am a new member of the forum, I created this account just to ask this question, but I have been a non-member reader for a few months.

I have several paypal stealth accounts. I work with local supply company and there was a serious problem recently...due to the pandemic, the supplier went bankrupt and could not manufacture the products.

So I withdrew all the money and directed all the customers to open disputes and ask paypal for refund to get their money back.

In other words, the loss is with Paypal, adding up all the accounts I have, it is almost 200k USD in negative balance.

Each account has a different identity...do you think it is possible that Paypal can track me or sue me?

How did you withdraw the money? If to a real bank account or card in your name then yeah you might see a lawsuit and be reported to certain government agencies (depending on the country your in). Maybe your account names will be recorded on some watch list related to financial fraud or money laundering but depends on the specifics of the situation.

Stealing $200K isn't a joke, that's some serious shit. Depending on the country it could be worse then that if you ended up being pursued as you could face additional criminal charges for fraud if the accounts were verified using stolen identity documents. Is the potential years of legal trouble, fines and jail time worth it?

Again, it really depends on the specifics of the situation and you should definitely not share those here for your own security.

If you can afford to, you should pay the money back asap before they lock the accounts and start investigating. Although I'm guessing you won't do that, lol.

PayPal refunded those people thats why he has negative balance in other words all the loss is on Paypal side.

You really are an ass. I'm staggered at times at the stupidity of peoples replies on here. You completely confuse blackhat marketing with money fraud/theft.

This is like saying you condone auto insurance fraud through cash for crash claims because it's the insurance companies who take the hit.

THEY DON'T - They pass the costs onto policyholders in the form of increased premiums.

PayPal will chase these debts, through a debt collection agency in the UK. They might be prepared to write off £200 but not £200k.

I would agree with all you said.

Blackhat does not mean illegal or fraud act it just means in simple terms you do things against Google policys or rules or do things using automatic software in simple terms.

This is straight-up stealing from PayPal, I would be surprised if they don't come after you.
Your customers paid for your product, but your supplier went under. Now you had the money from your customers and you could have (and SHOULD HAVE) refunded them. Instead, you took the money for the product that is not delivered and take it off the platform. PayPal being good with customer protection has refunded your orders, BUT you have 200K you should not have. Even better, your actual profit would have been much smaller if you were able to pay your supplier and fulfill the orders.

I think what you did is that you actually created an account, placed many orders with other stealth accounts, withdraw money with the main one and then charged back with the other ones. Ngl that seems a smart scam strategy as long as they won't track you.. if they can track you they will surely sue you. They are desperate for money as any seller knows and as Alexander shared, as he got a legal notice for just -40$ and he had to pay legal expenses too.

If you knew the supplier has gone bankrupt and can't fulfill orders why then did you withdraw?

for a stealth bank account

because I want the money but I don't want normal people to be victims and lose the money, if someone has to pay, let it be a company of crooks like paypal
There is only 1 crook here and it's you. Your biggest mistake was targeting the UK. Crimes this size get reported by PP to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. Their resources are vast and they use the services of GCHQ. There have been many documentaries showing only a part of their work and a stealth PP is never going to save you. So even if PP don't find you you will probably be getting an early morning call from your local law enforcement on behalf of GCHQ.

I agree. I doubt they will sue you. I think they'll press charges.
