I am a new member of the forum, I created this account just to ask this question, but I have been a non-member reader for a few months.

I have several paypal stealth accounts. I work with local supply company and there was a serious problem recently...due to the pandemic, the supplier went bankrupt and could not manufacture the products.

So I withdrew all the money and directed all the customers to open disputes and ask paypal for refund to get their money back.

In other words, the loss is with Paypal, adding up all the accounts I have, it is almost 200k USD in negative balance.

Each account has a different identity...do you think it is possible that Paypal can track me or sue me?

Where did you withdraw the money to? If you wanted PP to refund the customers why didnt you leave the money there? In answer to your question, yes and yes.

PayPal once sent me a letter from a partner law agency because account balance was -$40, lol.

However, this was my personal account and I had no choice but to pay the minus balance and legal fees. In the end, I paid about $150.
And that's only because PayPal couldn't debit money from my bank account earlier.

So depends on what country you are in and how much personal information you have submitted to PayPal.

Although they can track the accounts, I doubt that they see it as a correlation.

They probably will try to track you down, but if you've covered your tracks well then you should have nothing to worry about, though to be safe, I'd move to another country where the laws are more laxed and they won't deport or arrest you for wire fraud. Nigeria, Thailand ... 3rd world / 2nd world nations in Asia/Africa and South America basically.

IT depends on where you live for them going after you are not if you live in a country which Paypal is maybe illegal or not well connected to then you are probably saved but with the amount of money you seem to owe them then I suspect they will go after you .

If you owned say $500 to less than that I doubt they would come after you unless you annoyed them since it would cost them more money to sue you than it be worth since cost around $1000 to sue you or more possibly.

If Paypal was not a network of scammers that accumulates thousands of victims of unjustified withheld money I would feel a little sorry for them
