    As funny, as sick, as stupid this sounds i am telling you for real

    "I will pay you to eat fat, lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks without suffering or being hungry"

    What you need to do?

    - Have a camera, and record your progress in discusses time interval, we will talk about that but count it as every few days. Record weighting yourself and talking, while keeping your journal of progress.

    I have my own step by step guide for losing weight, proven and tested on myself, combined with some proven methods(atkins, you can google if you want and see the basics of carbs) and i packed it in a product.

    This is not a joke, i am telling you again you will

    BTW, the way legit before/after pics are done is that they find athletes that gained weight after being laid up from an injury. Then the take pics as the fit people return to their normal size. They troll hospitals and like that.

    im interested, im actually currently swimming for a club, would be interested in trying this out. i dont need to lose weight by the way, but i can, lol

    You mean "fat" like fattening foods, fat like omega-3 fats, or fat like grease & lard out of a tub?

    Eating fat is very unhealthy no matter how much weight you lose.
    Even the skinniest person can die of a clogged artery or hart problems by eating junk food.
    I don't think it's a smart idea to risk your health to be a Guinea pig of a dude at blackhatworld.

    your body needs fat. and its not all bad for you, it depends on what kind of fat you are eating. my boxing diet had LOTS of fat in it, i even put a couple spoonfuls of olive oil in my protein shake and i was cut to shreds and healthier than i have ever been.

    you could lose weight by eating greasy crap like a lot of people do on atkins but you dont have to at all. i just ate meat/whey and lots of vegetables, totally cut out all grains, beans, potatoes, dairy, processed food and sugar, also didn't add salt to anything.

    try it, you will feel like a million bucks.

    I'm not saying you shouldn't eat fat at all.
    First of all olive oil is very good to eat in normal doses.
    Like all the food is.
    Balancing it is the trick. You shouldn't eat one thing only our go on a extreme dieet.
    A varied meal is the best thing you can have. Just normal food and then exercise thats it.

    But the op says you can eat all the fat you like and loose weight.
    You might loose weight but eating a lot of crap is not going to be good for your body.
    Fact is Atkins diet doesn't make you lose more weight then other diets.

    Studies have shown that you have more risk of hart disease, muscle cramps, diarrhea.
    Also the high levels of proteins can cause kidney damage or gout.
    Plus due to eating large amounts of dairy products you run the risk of getting hormones overdose because most dairy products have been supplemented.
    I do not risk my health just because someone says you should try it.
    I'm not some oprah hyped, low iq, soccer mom.

    Fact is your metabolic system is a very delicate.
    Upsetting it can cause years of discomfort and other medical complaints.
    You don't want to mess with that.
    Especially with some home made remedy by someone whom is more interested in making money then your health.
    If you eat veggies, don't eat burgers 6 days a week and go to a gym every now and then you'll not only lose weight you'll feel a lot better.
