I'm looking to pay money to anyone on here who can use their skills/services to help my rapper rise to a point where he's getting the legitimate views, downloads, followers, likes, and overall media buzz/coverage he deserves. This kid is supremely talented to say the least and has 200k plus hits on youtube and has been posted on huge hip hop sites that all remarked on how he could easily shape into a hugely popular rap artist. talent is not the question here and besides if you have an ounce of experience in the music industry you would know that getting that big record deal has nothing to do with how talented UMG for example thinks your artist is. Big name music labels sign artists that they know are going to make money, its all money and thats the way any business is. A label can assume that an artist is profitable if they have a large and genuine fan base. I am asking if anyone can offer a way to get my artist into the eyes and ears of those he deserves to be in, and we are willing to pay $$$! Believe me, we are not looking to purchase fake youtube views, fake downloads, or any fake twitter and facebook followers/likes. Things we are interested in: mass email list marketing, hip hop mixtape promotion, facebook fan page growth and following, getting on big name hip hop sites consistently, or anything that under your experience you feel could benefit my artist! His work is online and to anyone who is interested in providing their services we can easily direct u to my artists work. Thanks, and let us know if you can help!

Good for him man. Question why dont you set up a facebook page for him and promote it through youtube? That should get some good coverage i think. Buy some youlikehits or addmefast points and get likes on the facebook page or views on the youtube video with that. Rinse and repeat.

    Create your own fan base.
I assume your musician is young, so you have time on your side.
(Watch the Katie Perry movie and take a look at the beating she took at the hands of the music business for almost ten years.)

    Build it yourself!
DO musicians even need a big label deal to become profitable? That's where the big money is but it's also where a lot of musicians get crushed my the machine.
Offer people something of value for registering on your site with their email address or for new "Like"s on your facebook page
[By something of value - I don't mean something that cost you money.]
    Custom signed poster?
Access to new songs before they hit youtube
Five minute chat with your rising star.

You have 200k views on youtube
Get the same kind of action going on your facebook page and your website.

Produce good music, get people to listen to it and pass it around.

Keep your overhead at or close to zero - make a living doing live performances - that's where the big guns make all thier money now - not from CD sales or 99 cent downloads on iTunes.

Produce a lot of new songs - we can never second guess what might go viral - the only way to get a hit that will go big is to create a lot and hope one in a hundred make it big.

    That's my 27 cents worth
