I have a site on which i am offering users download links to some fake face book games cheats. I am monetizing the site with share cash download links (a lot of share cash users do it)

My question is if i can get into trouble for providing these materials on my site. I am from romaniaa and my country recently signed the ACTA agreement.
To give you some info about what kind of cheats i am promoting, watch this v ideo on you tube: DFwGayXAaOM

As you can see on the video, i am using some logos of the games, and also the names of the games on my website.

So is there any way i can get in trouble for doing this? (with or without ACTA)

Also, im hosting my site on host gator and i bought my domain from name cheap

If you are worried about that THE REST OF US should be shitting our pants.

If you making nickels . . i'd be shocked if they wasted the time. Plus these acts aren't even going to pass.

In a one word answer, should you be worried . . . NO
