Will my page rank in SE if I use a Content Locker

Title says all. I want to rank my pages in Search Engines with content lockers. Will they rank at all?

Yea. I think you can rank them. But there are things that will hurt your ability to rank. Such as bounce rate. A lot of people will visit the page. See the locker and back straight out of there. Time spent on the page is a factor in the eyes of the search engine as it is an indication of the relevance of the site to the keyword.
