Shifting to a new host shouldn't affect your SEO, however, ensure that your new host is not one of those cheap providers with lot of spammy IPs.
As long as the URL structure remains intact, these migrations won't backstab you. Please do keep in mind about the downtime.

After changing the hosting company, do 301 redirection to your site

Well, changing web hosts alone shouldn't have any affect on how a search engine ranks the web site as long as the change is smooth.

A small static site with few web pages (under 1,000) is pretty straightforward. Moving a huge site with tens of thousands of pages, multiple servers and more complex hosting and redundancy factors is of course, a bit more complex.

If you make it easy for search engines to understand the changes being made and what domain, URL syntax, site structure, hosting location and link sources they should pay attention to, then the search engines can do a better job of adjusting with minimal effect to rankings.

When you notice that the search engine crawlers are indexing the web site on the new server, it is safe to bring the old one down. Best Wishes - BB.

One more tip, change it fast. You don't want google to crawl your website and find it doesn't exist. Other than that, you are good to go

nothing will be affected by changing your hosting, just be clear that your new hosting has IP which is spamfree

Definitely make sure to keep your page URLs the same once transferred to the new host. E.g. website(dot)com/services your new host and site should also say website(dot)com/services
