The title explains it all. I want to sell the courses worth 499$ for only 10-15$ on user demand. Basically what I want to do is:

1- User send me the course name that they want for a cheap price.
2- The pay me using paypal.
2- I give them a link to download the course.

Please help! I have a great method and I am gonna share it on BHW if I succeed.

Depends on what you mean by "trouble". Trouble with the law.... probably not (at least in the US). Trouble with the site, probably. They'll likely ban you if they find out. There's likely a section of their TOS made espiecally for this sort of activity.

No do not go for it. You will be banned before you can even make any real money and it wouldn't be worth it

Yes you will get in trouble since the courses are protected by copyright - and if you get hunted down you may have to pay for each violation of copyright.

Do not do it, I'm sure they have regulations against that in their terms of use. In addition, it is definitely copyright infringement which could result in legal trouble. With that being said the likelihood of you getting caught is probably relatively low.

The most important question: Where are you based?

Not so important question: Does your method requires you to remain member of Udemy? I mean, what happens if they ban you? Will you still be able to get new courses?

Udemy courses have been shared on torrent sites and other download sites. I don't think OP will get into problem if he does not live in one of the first world countries and does not care if his domain and site get suspended.

    Just my 2 cents.

Ya this came to mind too. If these courses are downloadable for free else where I see it being hard to convince someone to buy it from you.

This site needs to be changed to: blackhatdreamswhitehatethics.com

People do this type of stuff all the time. Torrents, siterips, product membership download sites, etc

    Obviously its illegal

he is lucky if he doesn't get jailed , stop giving legal advice.
this is obviously violation of copyright and not just a normal one, they are multi million dollar company, if you think they won't sue, you are free to try yourself.
being shared on the internet is not the same as selling it. if he is not living in a country that has copyright law, his paypal will get banned.
the guy in germany got arrested for sharing copyrighted material for free on his site. I wonder what they would do if you try sell those.

if he is living in this kind of country, he could get jailed + pay a huge fee .
    go ahead and try.

    Just my 2 cents.

    --
OP stop listening to others here. read the copyright rules in your country,if its ok in your country then they can only ban your paypal,
otherwise DO NOT risk it, if you get caught you will be lucky if you only pay a huge fee .

How less can you sell them for? 50% of the list price?

Rather join their aff program and give out coupons, you earn the same 50% commission, but the buyer pays the amount required.

Put a little extra effort to convenience the buyer to pay legally, rather than trying them to convenience them to pay for illegal content.

If it has copyrighted material then you probably will as they can force your provider to take the content down
