Hey guys i have a website about tattoo (recent update put 5-6 kw from 1 to hell) so most of the images are copied from other people websites and random places without taking care of DMCA. Recently my website entered 6 months period and i am thinking of applying for adsense.

So will my website get approved. Articles are unique but not images are ?
Or buying a approved account is a good option to go with ?

You should start crediting the website from which you source pictures, or use non-copyrighted pictures. Except for that you're good to go as far as adsense is concerned.

If the website is not approved then u will not be able to put adsense there, even after buying an approved account - it will be risky to put adsense there. Why take this risk? Just buy an approved adsense account and put ads

I think it is better to buy an approved account. As to images, there are a lot of free.

So overall it means that i wont get approved.
And i mention in my footer that the images are the property of there respective owners we don't claim to be the proprietary owner of the images.

A lot of advice in this thread is wrong. Adsense approval isn't determined by whether or not you have copyrighted images on your site.

You also don't just get one opportunity to apply for Adsense. If they reject you the first time, just apply again and again until you get approved.

    You have 2 options:

    1. Apply to adsense with your site
    2. Buy an approved adsesne and put ads on your site

Option 1: Disadvantage: If the site is rejected, then u will not be able to put adsense on it.
Option 2: Advantage: As the adsense account is already approved - u can put ads from that account directly. You don't have to apply to adsense with your site for permission. When your account is approved, you can put ad on any site (which does not violate adsense policies and rules, if u have enough contents and good visits to your site, then adsense will not worry about the images or other things).

I don't know why you said that Adsense approval don't care about copyrighted images. Most of the webmasters who fail to get Adsense because of this copyrighted content and images.
I think you should replace images by your own images before geting google Adsense approval.
