Hi guys If you are interested in this job you MUST: 1)Speak proper English (no need in perfect English skills, but you must be able to communicate via text chat properly with customers) 2) Be online about 18 hours a day. (From 8 am - till 2 am next day NY time) You will be a part of a customer support team, we will teach you everything you need to know, but you MUST meet requirements listed above. Longest acceptable response time is 3 (THREE) minutes! It is unacceptable to reply to customer 5+ minutes after receiving his message. You will work 5 days a week, mon-fri. You won't get tons of requests from customers (as of now) but you HAVE to reply quickly to each one you get, otherwise we won't be able to work together. We will pay for your time, now we offer 1500$ a month if you ready to be online mon-fri for such a long time. We can discuss about increasing your salary after several working months if you will do a great job.
