Will Google RanK FB Fan Pages?

I can't seem to find any examples of a FB fanpage ranked in the top 10 anywhere... is this possible? I know G is indexing them, but can't seem to find them ranked.

I've been building links and have a pretty well optimized fanpage... but nothing! Was hoping for better results.

Anyone have any success with this?

good is not loving fb still i know we all want google to love fb as wiki but it is not still

Google isn't going to rank anything by Facebook.

It took me ages to get my FB fanpage ranked but it's now sitting at number 4. Now it's not a highly competitive term and it took about 4 months before it started to rank. It was stuck on page 4/5 for ages not moving at all and the suddenly first page.

I gave it a lot of backlinks mostly Web20 and articles. I also got my daughter to ask her friends (500+) to like the page over a period of a month or so. So I'm not sure what did it the links / Likes or both.

I've seen a person's FB page ranked. I see it in the SERPS every month for a few terms and No I am not marketing the FB page. Is a FB fan page or FB page any different?
