    Hi

I have 260 domains, for one niche market.
    www . [keyword][city] . com
All domains have same keyword with different US city name.
If I add all 260 cities in each websites footer and interlink all 260 websites, will Google count 259 links for each individual websites?

Each website have same content, layout & one form to generate leads.
If I change the content dynamically by adding city names in the content, it can be 80% duplicate. Will it fine?

I know that I can do Google Places and other local sites, but as I have single phone number and single address on each website that is not possible.

I want to rank each website in Google for keyword with city name & Keyword with city, State (Keyword and city is already there in the domain name).

What strategy I should workout to achieve my goals. This forum is my first & last Hope.

you will need to be on separate hosting or get hosting where they assign different class C IP to each site.

From what I know, it is not recommended to have more than 100 links on a page. Otherwise, you might be considered a link farm and severely penalized.

I think it might be worthwhile to go with a tiered linking system.

It depends on the keyword your using, but what if you bought up say a main www dot [your keyword here] dot com domain and used those separate city websites as backlinks strictly to that main site. They could all still double as landing pages and rank in their specific areas, but all would be pointing towards your main money site.

Then you could do some automated backlinking to each of those 260 sites and get a fairly large tiered linking network going.
