I'm going to private message 150 admins a day promoting my new blog (using 3 different accounts to send 50 msgs from each). I will use different messages so it doesn't trigger whatever spam detection FB has, but I will be including the same link to my website in each message. Will FB be able to detect that I am sending the link and am I in danger of having them permanently ban my website? Would they ban the page that I'm linking to or the entire domain name? I depend entirely too much on FB so I can't risk losing them!

But I only have 3 accounts. It's normal to have 3 or 4 accounts at one IP because numerous people live at the same house. I'm only sending 50 msges per day from each of the 3 accounts. They wouldn't ban my main account would they? I've been sending 50 messages a day from my main account for over a year now... I got away with using the account the other day from sending 150 messages... you really think they'll catch on and ban ALL 3 accounts?

    Exactly. Better safe than sorry

BTW : 150 messages a day with different contents may not trigger the spam filter but I am pretty sure it could trigger various other filters.

Well then today will be the last day I do it... I made a really good video on the Fukushima radiation incident entitled "Fukushima - How Soon Will ALL Americans Die From Radiation?" (will finish uploading in an hour) and it needs to get out there to as many people as possible... So all I can do is cross my fingers at this point. Thank you for your responses - greatly appreciated!

Thank you Boghi. It went alright... As usual it did far less than what I had hoped for. But I am still have a lot to learn in the whole marketing thing. I still have to gain experience with Twitter and Google+ and Pinterest and all the main ones etc... This site has a lot of good suggestions as well that I need to start using...
    webs com/blog/2011/12/06/20-free-places-to-promote-your-website-online/

Here is the video. I was linking to the blog just for extra adsense money but I"ll spare you from that..
    It's called "
[h=1]Fukushima - How Soon Will ALL Americans Die From Radiation? ALL THE FACTS! "[/h]I would post URLs but this site is overly paranoid (for good reasons probably)
The biggest complaint was I need to shave and do something with my hair... so I cut my own hair today and shaved and am going to make another video either tonight if I"m up for it or tomorrow morning. It will address the skeptics and be slightly more diplomatic and tolerable

This happens all the time. Facebook has banned Google[]com, MySpace[]com, Wikipedia[]com from the internet to name a few. They even banned HostGator from the entire internet at one point. Poor souls. All the people who hosted with them were banned from the internet by Facebook as well.

if you website links are shared a lot in different pages (like 15 times a day) and you get lots of negative feedback then they will simply mark your website as spam !

this happened to a person that i know!

No they wont ban your url but there are bright chances that you would lose your facebook account .

Make sure there is no malware in your blog or they will ban your url too

Would they at least give me a warning first? And if they do ban it, can I contact them to unban it?

Send them from different accounts, different messages, and different links (bit.ly , goo.gl, and other shortlink services.

Also try and do some HTML RECIREDT simple pages.. just to make som diversity.
