Will eBay Let me Sell Again?

    Hi

    I sold some items on eBay recently. eBay send me an invoice for the previous months items and according to my calculations they charged me around $150+ more than they should have. I tried contacting them multiple times but I did not get anywhere. I did not pay the invoice for about a month. Now they are threatening me with account suspension.

    I'm thinking of just paying the invoice (including the extra $150 that I think they overcharged me) so I can continue selling on ebay as I am loosing money everyday I don't sell.

    However I suspect that once I pay the invoice they may just suspend my account bec of my past history - is this true?

    How did they overcharge you? Are they charging you extra for final value selling fee?

    When items don't sell and relist automatically, sometimes you pay insertion fees !
    Those suckers pile up pretty quick

    Yes, I refunded client but they did not refund item fee..

    Pay the invoice, that should solve the issue.
    But I think you should directly ask them about it.

    Do you have personnel experience with this? As if I pay the invoice and they do not reinstate account I would lose a large sum..

    1. If you pay:
    1.1: Reinstated account = continue selling and earning money;
    1.2: Suspended = creating new account, losing money.

    2. If not pay: suspended, that's for sure, losing money.
