Will Direct Referrel Link Work?

For CJ, they give you a hoplink which looks like:

http://AFFILIATENAMEHERE.survey272.hop.clickbank.net/



this directs you to a page with a url like:

http://makemoneywithsurveys.net/?hop=AFFILIATENAMEHERE




Adwords won't let you enter in the first link (hoplink) since it is a redirect. If you enter the 2nd link in Adwords will you get credit if they buy something, or does the end user need to access through the Hoplink?

not really ! you can put only that website on display + real URL but you can change the URL from keywords like own url for every keyword this will over run those 2 first
