Apparently I am being penalized for over optimization of anchors, So I need to dilute it big time. If I dilute it will it remove my penalty? Also whats a good service for this as I dont want to buy like expensive blog posts or anything just to dilute it. Any have any experience on how to get fix this problem. I really dont want to start over as its authority site for my offline business!

I have the same problem... I tried a couple services here on BHW, none worked to remove the penalty. I'd like to hear what others say as well.

I've done alot of testing on trying to remove penalties, frankly you're going to be better off just starting from a new domain and 301'ing the old one. Removing penalties is rare and most people will spend more trying to remove it than it would cost to just replicate.

I really dont want to start a new website as the domain is exact match and my branded business name. Plus it would take along time to redo everything...Think im gonna buy some high pr links to try to get it to move...

I think so, but the penality will be removed in the next Penguin update.

I got hit with an unnatural link penalty RIGHT before penguin 2.0. I have been slowly dripping in naked anchors but so far I am still sitting on the second page and will not move!

If you're on the first page you aren't penalized.

I've heard people claim this but I've never seen it happen. A 301 is essentially like one very powerful link, I've never seen a site tank from a 301 redirect.
