If so, should I remove the noscript portion of my blocker and display my content using javascript?

No content will still get indexed. You can put the tag NOINDEX if you dont want SE to index it.

Actually want it to get indexed. A majority of my traffic on this particular site is via the SE's (over 85%) so I definitely don't want anything to prevent it.

EDIT: Went ahead with removing the noscript and outputting the content via JS commands.

Your content will still be indexed. The locking does not affect search engines because they don't parse javascript in that way
