The campaign will be happening in 10 days where the country will decide whether to leave or remain in the EU.

Obviously there's good and bad points on both sides so I don't want a debate on whether you want to stay or leave.

My question is what will happen IF we do leave the EU. Will we be affected in regards to online businesses, PayPal fees, joint ventures etc.

No politics here , OP asked if it would make a difference to the world of internet marketing ( or that's how i read it anyway )
I just meant that international trade will still go on whatever happens, the world will not end

Will that rule ever revert back to how it was when BHW was formed? So many things can be disallowed based on where any mod is from having a different view point on what is political and what is not political. If you didn't get here first another mod may have deleted or locked this thread.

It may get you guys exempt from having to pay VAT on purchases made on EU services.

No idea but I did not think the OP was being political and thought it fair to share my point of view so that others did not cross the line in the discussion and have issues.

I'm far from heavy handed and would much rather be proactive and tell others to be careful as to crossing the line than to warn/infract and I would bet that other Mods think the same.

If another Mod sees this as political I'm good with their POV and will back that as I'm far from all knowing.

Interesting point. I think overall in the short term, we may see changes to figures including fees from PayPal. I'm not sure whether it'd be an increase or decrease in fee structure.

In the long term, there may be changes to large businesses doing business online such as Amazon UK and Amazon FR etc.

No, not really... i love to see the Brits go for my own political views (i want out of the EU and i'm hoping for a domino effect) but there will be no real difference for us marketers, maybe the FAT will be eliminated but other then that i don't expect much change really
