I mean blasting the same list over and over again to increase the amount of links rather than use fresh lists?

Ie does it help to index vs just doing it once? I suppose it does since sb posts to them at random so you wouldn't be getting the same link to the same profile link that often and even if you do maybe that would also help make the link seem more important in terms of just getting/staying indexed which is all I'm after.

I have just been blasting the same lists over and over to these profiles but can't say yet what positive effect if any it's had.

As long as each site is getting a different URL on a different domain, then yes, you're getting benefits...

The benefit will start to die off once you have several links to a domain from one IP source, and then further diminish when all links are repeats to the same page.

Each extra link you get from the same domain has less power, doubly so if they're pointing at the same page on your site. On an authority site, it's still worth getting links to each page on your domain though.

If you're goal is just to get links indexed, then

    a. Blast links to get them indexed
    b. Check they've been indexed
    c. If not indexed, blast again or use something else to index them

With SEO, always track your results, as it's an ongoing process. For example, use one linking method and track rank and traffic to see what effect it's had.

I don't think Google puts as much effort on linkjuice from IP as people think. There are so many websites that are hosted on the same IP. So would a like from several websites on different IP's count less? Maybe a little bit, but I don't think much.
