i want to advertise my ref link for macbook.
I know i am not allowed to bid on apple trademarked words.

But can i set up a domain or a blog that goes something like that: freemacbook.com or freeapplestuff.com and then set up a page with my ref link?

Will i get in trouble or not??

No you wont get in trouble but those two addresses are already taken.

You can bid on apple related keywords as long as they only show in US, Canada, UK and Ireland. If you try to bid on them on other countries, google won't even let you do so.
However the ads groups can't have those keywords, only if you keep them together with other keywords, such as macNOW.

and regarding the domain, I dont think there's any problem

I haven't checked, but I doubt the work apple could be trademarked. After all, it's a fruit.

I guess you could still get in trouble for macbook, though.

Its deff not ok. I am an experienced domainer so know the rules.

If its got Apple in the name and your talking about fruit for example, then your fine.

If on the other hand you have ipod, mac, content like that on the site your in trouble.

What can Apple do about that? Maximum send a cease and desist email, right?
