Will advertisers know I did brand bidding if I use a Pre-Lander?

I have been pondering over this thing for quite a long time and never tried due to the fear of being blacklisted.

There are lots of experienced marketers here, please share your knowledge on this matter. They'll probably know if I did direct linking, but will they know if I use a prelander to the offer ? If yes how do they know?

They can analyze your prelander / domain off course. Otherwise they can analyse every website/lander/advertiser which did brand bidding and relocate it to you as a publisher.
