If i use website hits, facebook likes/shares, or twitter likes/shares, will it destroy more than help?

The reason that i wonder about this, is that these social medias and Google is so smart, that when they see traffic coming from addmefast, they actually make it less visible?

just a theory, but.... what do you feel guys?

I wouldn't use it for website hits, I've found that really does no good.

ADF usually hurts more than it helps. It used to help a lot back in the day, but the platform became a breeding ground for poor quality ips and scammers alike.
