So I'm adding new articles on my website and Lets say I'm talking about different PC models, I've one general 'buyers guide" for Apple computers and within the article I'll have two-three different Apple product reviews, while on an other page on my website, reviews, I've the same exact articles. Will it be bad for my seo or not? Thanks in advance!

If you will just be posting the entire review to a new page, then yes, it will hurt you.
I advise posting an excerpt or paraphrase and then link to the in-depth review. That will help, not hurt.

Yes when it comes to duplicate content Google does not like it. However I don't know if it'll hurt your rankings, though there's no way it'll increase them. Ever since Panda though that's changed a bit, they're really cracking down on duplicate content.

Having said that I think that you can get good rankings by using syndication. So when you post a blog post on your website, if it is syndicated across several different Web 2.0 websites, then you're good. So the process is, you post the article as a blog post on YOUR website, and your syndicated websites basically auto post the same article. The only way this works legitimately though is if the other articles link back to your original article, which can be done in a couple of ways. There are plugins to allow this, or you could just add a link to the bottom of each article linking to the original article, which can be done easily by including the link in the actual original blog post.

write a pdf with a bunch of useful stuff and get people to share your money site that has the link in of the pdf in it, then that'll be solid, just posting a bunch of crap links or having the same link profile as everyone is going to be like everyone -stagnant

Plagiarism has always, does always, and will always hurt your reputation and ranking. Don't do it, change a little bit something, and you're good to go.

Google will not take this because you should have some useful information to the visitors.Same information thing on two different pages is ridiculous.
It will hurt you in ranking so make some changes or add more information into it.

Yes posting the same page in two different places will hurt you.Google will consider as a duplicate content or article.
So don't do that.Instead make some changes in your page and go for posting.
Be aware of poaching content to avoid ban or penalty from Google.

Duplicating content on your website is the right way to get you site penalized.
