    It's only perception not a measurement of actual corruption. And the only impact it could have is that "Ned Flanders" type of people would have problems getting business done.

    How is it bad? Walmart has no issues paying some bribes in Mexico.

    Sweden has to be more corrupt than what it is perceived to be since under current regulations You can pretty much give them a few million in cash to a political party, and then its paid out to the company of one of the head guys and it would be all anonymous. And then you get whatever contract your looking to get.

    They aren't required to keep books of what they get or spend.
