LOL the ONLY thing I am wondering is when it becomes available for purchase how much will it be worth?:D

First, Assange was accused of rape, than Amazon dropped them, and now EasyDNS dropped them...The final thing will be either he is thrown in jail never to be heard from again or whacked by a sniper.

wow... that guy is amazing. He have secret documents and want to spread to the word.

But, why risk his life? If he have that documents and want that everyone knows about it, is not more simple go to a public internet spot upload as a torrent... Or send pieces of that documents by mail to newspapers... something like that. Buying a domain name and register it its too simple to be idnetified, they have the power...

btw i think i will buy all the extentions for wikileaks ahaha

I can see why he made a domain and all that.

If he were to give all info via torrent he cant place the support us link and bank out of it ;)

Yup... What he wants to be pop and $$ of it. Maybe now the government want to pay him to not publish that papers...Its the only way to not get those papers published, because of corse, he have someone else in the world with those documents too (a copy) to spread the word if he got jail or something like that.

I downloaded that stuff... nothing special.

Most of the dates, weapons info, names, locations, etc have been censored. There's no way it could really be that much of a threat to national security.

something over 600 is published so far, it has quite nice info in it.

French goverment monitoring muslims in their country etc.

But most of the ugly truth is about USA, extortion etc.

I thought it was something like 339,000...

But no, I read like a few pages (took forever to open in CSV format) and lost interest. Then I burned it to a CD and gave it to a friend of mine that used to be in the military.

Best way to get it, believe it or not, is from some hotfile link I found.

The information isn't going anywhere. As long as he is out of jail, new information will be released.

And even if he gets locked up, someone will take his place.

There's a window of opportunity here for someone to get some serious traffic.

Think about the number of people typing 'wikikeaks' into Google and not being able to find the new website.

Throwing up a quick 5 page mini site and running some PPC ads should result in a temporary avalanche of cheap traffic.

Interesting idea, currently Guardian.co.uk is the only one I see bidding on it in the US.

    wikileaks.ch is not working already.
    Anyway Wikileaks.de works fine... :)

But I think that the goverment haven't any rights to restrict people right to know. Thanks God torrents will be alive forever :D

Can you iframe content lockers? You could iframe Wikileaks, add a content locker with a message saying " We need money for some new servers. Support us by completing the offers on the next page" :D
