Wiki Page in Draft Sanbox, how to get it out of there?

I have paid a journalist to get our wiki page done, tonight we release tons of press releases about the same topic, so everything is highly professional and not some cheap work, we spend thousands of dollars to get the business moving.

Anyway, I can't figure out how to get the Wiki out of the Draft Sandbox, according to what I read here https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipe...room_handout_-_moving_out_of_your_sandbox.pdf

Your account need to be at least 4 days old, and you need to have edited at least 4 articles, obviously we don't have that.

Is there anyone around that can push this wiki for me for a fee or tell me a short cut to how to get it out please?

I think you can hire someone at freelancer resources and get that requirement completed. Also you can place some good links back to your wiki page - that will help also to get our of SE sandbox.
