Wii Homebrew

    Can you play copied / backedup games through this??

    Just been reading about it and the twilight hack...

    Anyone know.?

    Depends on your Firmware version, that hacks been patched with recent updates.

    But you can always downgrade if need be though...

    How do i do it then.
    Do i have to get hold of the Zelda game etc etc.
    Or have they brought something out where u can just load some files to get the homebrew channel etc?

    Also what firmware versions? and where can that be found on the wii?

    I've got a WIIKey 1.9 on my D2C WII, with the cut IC legs. I had to cut into the chip and solder the leads to the legs ;)

    Newer chips are much easier now, with solderless adapters...

    There's a new Solderless method for the WII's now with a Solderless adapter. PLug-n-Play :)

    latest softmii works pretty kewl, no real need for any modchip.
    softmii also blocks any updates if you want.
    but you need zelda for the installation, rent from a friend or try to get it cheap on ebay. the game itself is the money worth ;)
