So my page was doing really well and now doesn't even get indexed by Google (as far as I can tell) Could someone look over my site and maybe point out what I did wrong? All feedback appreciated.upperlegpain.net

Its not de-indexed, I see 24 pages in Google for it. It probably got hit for quality reasons, a lot of those pages are duplicate,or samples, or pages in your wp-content directory (you should exclude this directory with a robots file or a noindex tag on the pages.)

Do a search in Google for "site:upperlegpain.net/" (without the quotes" and you will see the pages in your site.

Also, your site is not consistently loading for me, I am, getting 6 fails put of ten attempts. Probably a recently updated plugin or something. Look in WMT and check for crawling errors.
