It doesnt make sense unless the owner of the channel is the person using this trick, which seems highly unlikely. Or this guy was just really generous and wanted to donate a 100 million views to a random vid.
Also, why did the channel owner put it as unlisted?

SpK sent the views, but it wasn't his video. The video was put as unlisted because if it wasn't, the video would have been removed.

Guys,

This method is dead. It's been patched. spk says he'll reveal what the trick was soon (just for learning purposes; there's no point in trying it now). He's banned again until Christmas, so you'll have to wait until he returns.
