Why use Rel="nofollow" on cloaked links which are blocked in robots.txt

    It just seems so strange to me. You disallow /out/ in your robots.txt, and cloack it through a 302 redirect. Why would I also then use nofollow on the cloaked link? I read that using nofollow on internal url's destroys your internal link juice.

    Anyone who can shed some light on to this?
