Trustpilot watches its reviews real close. They take down reviews that look like ads, repeat stuff, come from the same computer, or don't seem real.

And the more specific and personal the review sounds, the more likely it gets approved. Generic or promo-style reviews almost always get filtered out

From experience, a few things that actually work (no tricks, just reality):
Keep it boring and factual.
Dates, what you bought, what happened. No hype, no drama.
Avoid extremes.
“Best ever” / “total scam” = instant flag most of the time.
No links, no promo tone, no call-to-action.
Even one link can kill the review.
Account matters.
Brand-new accounts dropping strong reviews often get filtered automatically.
Write only first-hand experience.
No assumptions, no “everyone says”, no legal accusations.
If it still gets removed, your only real option is contacting Trustpilot support and asking which guideline you violated. Sometimes they’ll tell you straight up.

Trustpilot has tightened there security alot and also if you notice that your review is been removed, just know that the account has been flagged.

I have a feeling thats true. We stopped paying and now it all doesnt stick anymore. Any idea how to make it work anyways? Or pay minimum and push them then again?

Yes. That is the way. However, remember that Trustpilot has around 3 levels of premium plans for businesses. So, if say you go for the minimum level plan, Trustpilot will go easy with the reviews in your listing, for a while. After a while, again a storm, deliberately, so that they get you to upgrade to the next level plan.

Trustpilot also removes 100% real legit reviews. It is their business model to use strong-arm tactics to get businesses to upgrade to their paid plans. Trustpilot will remove more reviews for businesses which are usually more profitable in nature, example finance, forex, crypto, etc, which means "You mother-f__kers have such a profitable business niche, here is a fully loaded gun on your head, pay up for our paid premium plans or keep getting your reviews nuked".

Listen, TP is a total nightmare lately. Their "automated fraud detection" is basically on steroids - if your footprint isn't 100% clean (IP, fingerprint, cookies, aged account), you’re getting shadowbanned instantly. 
Don't even waste your time with generic panels or cheap SMM bots, those are just a fast track to getting your domain flagged. If you want reviews that actually stick,, you need real manual providers who know how to warm up the sessions.
I’ve been using Zeerk for Trustpilot reviews. Hit the search: "Trustpilot" and filter by top-rated, or for example look for a seller named fatamabegum.
Here’s why it’s better than the usual junk: Manual Verification: They don't just blast and move on. This provider actually double-checks to see if the post is live after the "cool-down" period.
