Why this promotion do not give better results ?

Hi good morning to all,

Just test since 3 days a system i saw online.

1- make pages
2- open differents free hosting
3- put your pages online and ping

The systm work, yes but not big as if i want exemple 200 real visits per day real clic do not work. so where is the trouble ?? (people do the same when use blog farm)
