I have seen that all the leading YouTubers in tech niche are males. Very less females work in this niche. What are the possible reasons behind this?

I found an interesting paper on this exact topic, basically, women spend less time doing tech things and therefore, feel less confident and able to perform in tech-related niches.

That also means there is gap in market. If some female does this with full effort , there is more chance of getting accepted by audience as she will be unique .

Societal norms and expectations often influence the career paths that women and men choose.
That is why the scene is different in two different regions where upbringing of females is different.

The lack of representation and role models, harassment and online abuse, systemic problems in the industry, and gender preconceptions and prejudices are some potential explanations for why female YouTubers in the tech niche have less success. But there are also a lot of prominent female YouTubers in the IT industry who are breaking down boundaries and paving the road for greater diversity.
