Why the most of people who do PPV/PPC are either Indians or Arabs?

Hello.
I've noticed everyone that i encountered doing PPV/PPC are either Indians or Arabs. the unsuccessful ones in my case...
I don't have a problem with them at all, but i'm just curious... Do you think there's a secret behind this? Or i could be totally wrong about this?
Maybe Those breeds looking for easy money always or something? No offense to our indian or arab members here.
Please correct me if i'm wrong.
I'd like to see your opinions in this...

Well I think in the case of Indian people, they have established learning English in their country to some level, as their country was occupied by the UK this was easy. They have a huge population, and they are looking for better financial status, IM seems like a suitable market for them, but because of cultural differences it can be tougher also. A lot of times when we outsource certain tasks it is done by Indians. But I think there are some really successful Indians too. Namecheap's tutorial videos are commented by a guy with Indian accent, that makes me think they are based there. I have no idea about Arabic people.
 
Yeah. My point was they are not even successful at most time. i've always seen em struggling and trying. I've worked with few indians and it was not a good experience at all. They might be funny/ funny accept etc.. But I have a hard time trusting them. Maybe i was unlucky.
Who knows...
 
arabs got money to spend , they can put in $1000 to make $100 so thats

Haha. That was sarcastic. But the sad thing is only their leaders have money. Normal citizens, they keep coming here and there to scam innocent people to get some $. No offence to our Arab members here. (=
 
In this case, India's and Arabs have more money to spend towards their marketing. Money is with successful people not with unsuccessful

If you want a successful marketing. You have to be honest. Sometimes honest it brings losses. But to be honest in the work will encourage buyers to come to them.

In this case, the level of the Indian economy is very small.
Under the developing countries.
Which resulted in their thinking.
Internet is only a game.
They just do not know the correct way of doing business.

Sam potential exist everywhere, but the best is.

Price in accordance with the quality

I didn't want to step in to contribute about the racial profiling going on here but to set the records straight, the GDP per capita for India is pretty dismal at only 1,498.87 USD ‎(2013) Pa just Google. The size of the economy is not measured by the Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) alone, or GNI but by how much an individual earns per anum on average. - This is the value of a population. China has a GDP per capita of around 6,800 USD Pa - which is pretty good in economic perspective.

I wasn't referring to GDP per capita, but to GDP, which is the economy as a whole. They are different.

And not only does India have one of the largest economies, it is one of the fastest growing too.

India has more people transitioning to 'middle class' than the entire populations of a lot of other countries - that's a lot of economic growth potential.

I've been here longer than you had. I was just stating facts and my personal experience. I clearly stated that i mean no offence. I'm free to say what i want without insulting anyone. if that offended you, well i'm sorry. But sometime you will just have enough is enough. And please do not play the good guy here and assuming things on your own.
