I constantly hear about Blackhats loosing money and accounts. Yah, that sucks, but just get over it and begin again. I mean, there was a hugely popular thread on BHW about a guy flipping out about loosing 200 EPN accounts at once. 200? Are you kidding me? If you loose 200 EPN accounts at once and you are not in prison, I would say you are having a good day.
If you "steal" (according to TOS) any money from any network AT ALL and all they do is refuse earnings, you are having a good day.
If you use any method for profit that is against ANY companies TOS and they ban you, big deal.
Why are so many Black hatters complaining. If some of the things BHW members did were to be done offline, it would be a crime and they would be in prison. If you steal a candybar and get caught, you go to jail.
If you mislead anyone for profit offline, you go to prison. If you mislead someone to a CPA, it's fine.
I could go on, but I wont.
Also, this post is NOT for people who have lost legit cash. It is for BHs that break TOS and complain about being caught.
Just my thoughts. Please no hate responses. Really just think about what people get away with online that would NEVER EVER fly offline.
We got it good folks, then we bitch about it.
    Nuff said!

See again, there is a huge confusion between what it means to be a Blackhatter and a scammer. There is a different, what you do as a blackhatter might be against a certain companies term of use but it doesnt' count as something illegal in the eyes of the law. If it were you'd find plenty of blackhatters behind jail already. So lets get it clear...scamming, breaking the law and such IS not blackhat.

But besides that I agree with you 100%, people do tend to cry over things that they should find themselves like as to have had any stretch of time working to begin with. But that's human nature, you could end up earning a million dollars one day and the next day lose 100k and be upset about it. That being an extreme example. Even though 100k is only 1/10th of what you earned the previous day it still doesn't dismiss the very concept of a loss your taking on no matter how insignificant it might seem ...

He's right though-- BH stuff would be illegal to execute offline.

I thought I made a distinction between BH, and law-breakers. Was not good enough I guess. Sorry, but I am saying BHats that get banned should be fine with it and scammers should be happy that they can do it so well and not get in a real trouble at all.

I was also trying to emphisize BlackHat OFFLINE, would be unlawfull. False advretising (a totally accepted BH method) would be the most simple of examples. Exsagerated earnings, )all over the net), would lead to fraud charges offline.

I thought being blackhatter means you find flaws in a system and you take advantage of them. people like that person who lost 200 EPN is called just plain dumb.

    Scammer definitions:

A person who swindles you by means of deception or fraud
    To defraud; swindle.
    A swindler, cheat.

I think this applies, my post from 'what is blackhat' thread:

I would define greyhat as essentially understanding all the things that WH is, and cheating to get there quicker. (spamming for backlinks, spamming ads, artificial YT stat increasing, popups etc.)

I think Blackhat defines worse things like CSing, PPI, lying (like ewhoring, or fake review pages, etc.), faking leads or getting completely unconverting leads, etc.
