Why same affiliat link same account and different metas do not work ?

Why this system do not work

1- Open 1 account redirection in iframe
2- give you affiliat link
3- change meta

do it again again same account, same affiliat link, different meta each time do not work ?

Better if you use it with differents accounts and submit each time different link) ?
