Why RSS messages are quicker than pages ?

I try to comapre exemple make a page and ping
and
make rss feed creator and ping

The winner is

rss feed creator and ping so do you do that too and how many messages per day you make and ping 100 -500 - 1,000 ?

Does it give you real clients ( i do not ask real clics because if you ping you get clics)
